Monday, February 04, 2008 ( Up down down Up @ 11:17 PM ) Mind : hey wake up, time to work. Body : No, i am still tired. I want to rest some more. Mind : Can not, you are running late. Wake up faster!! Body : 5 minutes more ok, it is too cold to wake up. Mind : No, 3 minutes. Body : Ok, deal. 3 minutes later, finally wake up. Then looking at the dark and cloudy weather, feel like going back to my dreams. After shower, breakfast. Finally step out of the house and go to work. When i reach there, was a bit shocked by the list of outlets that i need to issued the invoice with long2 list of item, which i knew that i need to speed up in order to not hold the deliveryman's schedule. Then come my boss, ask me to issue cheque for payment then instead of 04.02.08 i issued 04.01.08 that ruin my mood. I can't even do well on such small thing. After all the invoices are issued, they call up to tell me on the changes that make me feel like i am doing double work, as in why don't you call up earlier, before i print out the invoices. It is not only i doing double job lor, it is also very wasteful as in i need to tear away the invoice that are void. Then after all the changes have been done, they went out for delivery. Got deliveryman call up to receive goods, then i went down with the cheque that i issued earlier on. Until i reach downstairs then i realise i forget to write the invoice number that i am paying. On the way up to office, i realise the size that is key in inside the invoice is different from what is stated on our PO. The next deliveryman call up and i need to go down again, at the same time i want to check on the thing that i received earlier on but above the box got another 2 carton of meat which is very heavy and i am unable to lift up so i give up. I straight away call up the supplier and tell them that the item that they deliver is wrong size. Then they say not probably and ask me to check again, if wrong then they want to arranged for return on their 2nd trip. Then i thought i can wait until another of my boss back then let him check. In the end less than 1 hour later the supplier call up, how was it, is it correct then i got no choice so i have to go down and check. This time was lucky enough the cold room there got a uncle help me lift up the 2 carton of meat then after looking at that thing then i decide that it is correct and call up the supplier say that it is correct. Now all i hope is i really didn't make a wrong decision. After work with all the bad mood i waiting for bus no 61 to bugis to meet gong kia for dinner then u know how long i wait for the bus?? I waited for 1 hour for the bus, and it was damn packed inside until i find it hard to breath. I must be some thing wrong or else i must be surprised by my endurance skill. After 2 bus stops i saw another 61 in front of the bus that i am taking. I was super pissed by the bus. When reach there, he try to cheer me up by bring me to a pretty nice western food restaurant to have our dinner. Thanks ya gong kia for the treat and thanks for cheer me up again. Going back tomorrow to prepare for the chinese new year. Thinking of this make me so excited of being able to go back again. Happy new year all, had a prosperous year ahead.
