I think in order for a person to become rich, he/she must first:
1. Thrift or may be stingy will be a better choice - in mandarin we call it 一毛不拔
2. Buy something only when you really no other choice
3. Got a windfall - example, strike big sweep, strike toto first prize with nobody share with you
That's personally what i think.
Don't take it too hard. Kinda vent out my agony
