I will lose my driver soon, by then my travel expense will increase if without pay rise I will really protest. Because of my boss words my driver already decided to quit. I think this time he will not stay no matter what my boss promise again, because he did not make it for what he promise. I just don't understand why he always side the old fox knowing that he is at fault. It is just too over. One more thing that add fuel to my fire, he actually increase that idiot pay. I did so much and i receive nothing, but just inquiry of how come, why, without go and think about it himself. Not even a recognition, all the reply of customer inquiries, follow up of his meeting. If not you thought people will come to you meh? If not because me, building up the good bridge with the purchasing people, you thought people will come find you first when they need the goods meh?
