Wednesday, November 17, 2010 ( 1st day of aerobic @ 10:04 PM ) Because they participate in Lose to Win 2, we are able to get discount. We pay $8.80 per session instead of $9.90. It was conducted at community centre. We choose Kolam Ayer Community Centre where it is more centralize to all of us. Yesterday was the first class, there was heavy rain while we go to the community centre, our initial plan was to get shuttle by my usual colleague who drive me home. Because the CC was just beside his house. But then due to the heavy rain, he was stuck at traffic jam. So we took another colleague van and he drop us at the main road where we need to walk in. While on the way walk in to the community centre, i was drench. Because the bus drive so fast that the water spill so high. The first class, due to rain the class was not full. And some introduction was given hence it delay our start time. I some how can not follow the tempo. hmm.. Gotta increase my tempo a little bit. Our home work for the first class is to climb 5 storey. However i add in some more which is to do 50 sit ups every night. I have stop that for a period of time, then my tummy come out again. We were to fill in a form before the exercise begin. One of the question asking about our goal. The goal that i set for myself is to lose 7 kg. For the sake of my figure and Photo shooting that i have been waiting for. I gotta work hard. And we were also told to cut down 10% of our food intake in order to lose weight. Then i realised that i ate too much recently. Gambate to lose weight.
